The Potter Cottage is a 1600 square foot home that was completely renovated in 2019 and sits on 4.6 acres. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a tile shower are just a few of the amazing features of this home! A 50 inch television in the family room and three additional 40 inch television in the all three bedrooms add to the amenities. The home has three bedrooms, two full baths and an additional shower in the basement, the basement also has a game area and queen murphy bed to accommodate the entire family! A tankless water heater adds to the amenities (never run out of hot water)! It offers beautiful views overlooking the lake. Enjoy fishing and the beautiful views! The home has two decks to enjoy the rustic feel of this property.
Serene sunsets can be viewed from the decks. The large shade trees are perfect for picnics. The home is suitable for single families or groups. A two car garage is included in rental.

After a day at Holiday World, hiking, antiquing, or sightseeing The Potter Cottage is a peaceful place to relax. Children and adults alike will enjoy. A stay at the property will be a memory no one will soon forget.

When checking into this home it was ready for us to move right in and just settle in like it was our own home no matter whether it was us as the grandparents or our youngest grandson it had everything we needed it was a nice quiet home with plenty of space for each one of us and even when relatives that we had in the area stopped by for a visit it was a great space to even entertain them. It's in great proximity to Holiday World with just jumping out on the main road that's in front of the house and driving straight in to their parking lot no turns no problems. Such a good experience for us that we went ahead and reserved it for the next year before we ever even checked out this year.

The house is beautiful and perfect for 2 families of 4. We did not feel crowded at all. It has a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a shower downstairs. We love fishing and actually caught a bass. I would recommend you bring your own poles though. My only complaint is the beds were too firm. The Murphy bed downstairs seemed to be softer though but it was right next to the fun so I didn’t sleep there.

The house was very clean on arrival and was nicely decorated! It was the perfect spot for a weekend stay. We even made the mistake of taking the Bluetooth speaker thinking our friend left it behind and the host was very understanding and we were able to get it back to them!

This was a peaceful place however it was not close to any local stores such as Walmart , although as stated it was close to holiday World which was close . This is our 3rd stay and we are never disappointed. Always clean, plenty of space for everyone, relaxing view, and close to Holiday World. This year we had a 3yr old to a 74yr old. My family and I have been meeting up at Holiday World for the last 12 years. We bring the kids (& friends) and make a mini vaca out of our time together. We’ve done hotels, Lake Rudolph Cabins, fifth wheels and other local options. Out of the 12 years, Potters Cottage rates the highest. We booked mostly based on location (5-10 minutes from everything). The bonus was the reasonable price. Once we arrived, we realized we had found a gem!!! Beyond the ideal location, the cottage was nicely decorated, extremely clean, had a great floor plan, and tons of yard and basement space for the teenage boys to BE BOYS! We had a couple of questions during our stay and the owners were quick to respond. My brother has already stolen the property from me for next year’s gathering because our rental was better than his and he’s been bringing his family here for 30 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We just left the Potter Cottage and had a perfect weekend for our annual family Christmas trip. The house was amazing, one of the cleanest we’ve been in, and had everything we needed! We spent the weekend fishing, playing games, and just relaxing and spending time with family which was exactly what we intended to do! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This place is wonderful! It was very clean, had a great layout, had a covered porch, as well as an open porch, large pond, even a garage you could park in, and even tetherball, which brought back such great childhood memories! Sitting on the back deck, having a glass of wine and looking out at the picturesque surroundings was perfect after a long day! I would definitely give this a 5+ star review.!
