There was lots of room for our family to spread out, easy check in, and conveniently located near Holiday World. I was concerned that some of the bar stools and kitchen chairs would break while sitting on them due to wear. The outdoor grill did not work, so we couldn’t grill out. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.

Everything was in good working order Tonya was great about allowing us to get in early. Communication was good. There were lots of games and family activities to do. The fire pit was amazing. The space was perfect for my three kids, their spouses and my grandchildren The place had three bathrooms, which was definitely a bonus with all the family. The location was perfect if you’re going to Holiday world. The home just needs a good deep clean including washing down the walls. The cabinets need to be washed out. The table centerpiece, and the tree in the family room just need to be removed. They are full of dust. It’s an older place. Not a bad thing. Just needs to be a little cleaner.

Overall it was a wonderful stay! We stayed as our entire family for our trip to Holiday World and used all the rooms and beds. There were linens provided for all beds (except for pillow cases) and plenty of towels for everyone! Just a heads up, if you do plan to come be sure to bring all your own shower supplies as no soaps/hair products were provided. The host was very responsive and it was a very smooth process! The location was great for our visit and do plan to return!

Having throw rugs on floors knowing they had not been washed in a while is not very sanitary. Bedding, blankets need to be washed. House needs to be deep cleaned. Surface looks good, but old and worn out. Air conditioner did not really keep house cool, however it was unseasonably hot during our stay. Yard was very nice but had no idea we were sitting on a highway. Saying it sleeps 12 people is very deceiving with trundle beds. You have to climb through the other bed to get out of your bed. Thank goodness our granddaughter is only four, would have been awkward to have an older child hooked to their parents bed. Or it should be advertised as trundle beds and an air mattress. I guess for the price this is what you get in or around Santa Claus, IN. We still had a great time, but would not rent this property again.

Great location next to Lincoln boyhood home and 10 minutes to Holiday World. We loved the space in the home and extra pull-out beds. Nice big backyard- we enjoyed the fire pit and swing!

We enjoyed the amenities and closeness to Holiday World. The children loved playing in the big yard. The kitty was an added bonus! Gas station next door was useful. The children were a little disappointed because in pictures it showed bunk beds, but there weren't any. Overall though, it was a great stay and fun trip for all!

The only problem was the pictures with the listing show a bunk which we were hoping to have and they had a twin with a trundle. Our band played at Lincoln Amphitheater and needed a local stay for some of the band and crew. This worked perfectly for our needs. The venue was literally just a few minutes down the road. The owner was responsive, everything was clean and we had plenty of places for people to sleep. The kitchen had pots/pans/dishes for the quick breakfast we made. And my two teenagers were absolutely thrilled to find there was a cat on the property. If we come back to Lincoln City we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay overall. Our first evening, we went down to Lincoln State Park and did some hiking/swimming. The next 2 days, we ventured to Holiday World, which was an extremely easy drive from this location. We had a group of 12 people, 5 adults/7 kids, and we comfortably fit in this house. It was wonderful to have the air mattress and pull out couch available to make it happen! Kitchen was also great and included everything we needed to prepare our meals. Only negative to this house was the location. On 2 different days, we had people wander onto the property and not say a word to us. We also awoke our 1st morning to find someone had vandalized/broken into a vending machine across the street. With several young kids in our group, we didn't always feel the safest here...

We greatly enjoyed our stay and loved working with Tonya as our host! The house was clean, it was a great location (especially to Holiday World where we vacationing), the beds were comfortable and we felt so welcomed. The only thing missing was an extra set of sheets for the pullout sofa, so make sure to bring an extra set!

The house was clean and well stocked. The air conditioner was VERY loud when it was running. Could not hear the small TV in living room at all when it was running. As a suggestion: one of our family members is in a handicap cart. We had to pick the cart up over the end of back deck and again into the house. It would not take much to make a ramp at the deck and at the back door. The house was no problem getting around in withe cart. Master shower was also accessible for the handicapped person. Over all, the home was very nice and close to Holiday World and the state park.

We LOVED the place we were very very satisfied and it’s so close to Holiday World too which is why we booked it! We will definitely be coming to stay again hopefully soon or even next summer if we plan a trip! We needed to rent an extra day at the last minute and she was so understanding about it and approved us for another day! Highly satisfied and will recommend to everyone I know!

Property is nice but not as nice as nightly rate plus fees would suggest. Two nights just under one thousand dollars. No way twelve people could sleep there comfortably. We filled the place with six adults and two small children. It wasn't as clean as one would expect. Windows, mirrors were dirty and house was dusty throughout. Lots of little things require maintenance, storm door doesn't close, deck sags, rocky area to walk on is trip hazard, promised wood for fire pit wasn't there, central air unit sounds like a jet plane starting up, grill ran out of propane during use, clothes washer wasn't available. . The house desparately needs some TLC.

We stayed here was part of a road trip with extended family. We had 7 adults (3 couples and a single) and 2 infants. I was a little disappointed to find that the "fourth bedroom" is literally the living room pullout couch. Fortunately my parents and my sister didn't mind sharing the blue bedroom. Otherwise a very cozy little place and very close to Holiday World and a grocery store. We enjoyed making s'mores over the fire pit after a full day at the park

The location was perfect for Holiday World. The house was not very clean and needed a better paint job in a few rooms that had patches done....but I clean and paint for a living, so I am pretty picky. Unfortunately there were mouse droppings on the kitchen counters when we woke up the next morning. There were plenty of pillows in the closet except there were no pillow cases for them. Could have used a few more blankets. We would have brought our own if we knew there were only 2 extra ones. Did not have a fitted or flat sheet for the air mattress. No dressers to put clothes into. That would have been nice to have. The TV's did not work couldnt get them to work. No remote for master bedroom and the TV in the living room a bit small for the size of group that it sleeps. Overall it wasn't terrible. For the price we paid...I would have expected a little more upgrades. I would not recommend for a lot of adults. Its meant for young children because the beds are so small for grown adults. And the beds are not comfortable at all. Again great location for Holiday World!

I stayed with my wife and 3 kids ages 11, 13, and 15. We fit comfortably but I would think larger groups would be a bit cramped. The house itself was relatively clean. Showed signs of wear and tear with missing towel bars and marks on the walls. There is wifi, but it is slow. Ok for web browsing, but it was not adequate for streaming movies or for me to do remote work on my laptop. We ended up using our phones' hotspots a lot. The outside property and fire pit were great. The biggest advantage was the proximity to Lincoln State Park and to Holiday World. The property manager was very responsive and great to work with. Overall if we were to head back to the Santa Clause area we'd consider staying here again.
