Ideale ligging, pal in het centrum
De slaapkamer met badkamer is één vochtige en beschimmelde ruimte. De kamer is moeilijk te verwarmen en kan niet worden verlucht. De gasketel bevindt zich in dezelfde ruimte maar een co-melder is niet aanwezig. Ook geen enkele rookmelder te bespeuren in gans het appartementengebouw en/of appartement zelf. Als we nadachten over de veiligheid, begonnen wij ons ongemakkelijk te voelen.
