Ruimte vd studio, netheid en keurig schoon. Prima bed en zitbank.
Door de warme omstandigheden en temperatuur was het moeilijk koel te krijgen binnen, een ventilator zou toegevoegd kunnen worden aangezien er geen airco is.

Het appartement was mooi vernieuwd en modern ingericht en bovenal kraaknet. Alles was voorzien handdoeken, lekker ruikende zeep, koffie en water bij aankomst. Dit in combinatie met de centrale ligging een echte aanrader. Ook de check in en out liep perfect.
De inkom en gang zijn niet echt goed onderhouden en verouderd. Maar daar kan de verhuurder weinig aan doen. Staat er in contrast met het mooie en nette appartement
