Розташування дуже хороше, близько до центру міста і пляжу, магазинів. Є Wi-Fi, великий вибір посуду в помешканні, достатня кількість рушників, посудомийка.
Немає парковки поблизу, ті що є платні і дуже дорогі. Нам довелося йти близько 1,5км пішки аби припаркувати авто на безкоштовній парковці. Балкончик дуже маленький, навіть вийти випити каву вранці аби помилуватись краєвидом дуже складно, так як потрібно притиснутим до вікна. Також коли ми тільки зайшли в помешкання в коридорі лежало дві брудні ганчірки на комоді, які мабуть забули після прибирання. Розумію що це дрібниці, але з іншого боку не дуже приємно.
