La position géographique de l'appartement, face au marché aux poissons, proches des restaurants et des commerces
Il y avait une odeur permanente d'égout probablement parce que l'immeuble était inoccupé. Le sifflement au niveau de la fenêtre de la chambre( un simple réglage suffirait à résoudre le problème. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance, l'appartement voisin était en rénovation de plafonnage donc réveil forcé à 8:00 et énormément de poussière dans la cage d'escalier et l'ascenseur. Heureusement le bruit n'a duré qu'un jour, la poussière par contre...

Mooie ligging en prachtig zicht op de haven. Ruime badkamer en alles heel recent vernieuwd.
Je moet helaas nog wat trapjes doen om op de laatste verdieping te geraken. Voor de rest ontbraken een paar basics: kapstok of haakjes voor jassen, geen borstel/vuilnisblik of stofzuiger. Na 2 dagen lag het hele appartement vol zand en we konden niet opruimen. In de kasten lag nog bouwmateriaal. Voor de rest ontbrak er wat ziel omdat er geen decoratie is. We begrepen dat het appartement te koop staat en dat het dus maar tijdelijk verhuurd wordt.

Renoviertes modernes Appartement iim 6. Stockwerk mit schönem Ausblick auf Hafen und Meer nahe am Zentrum. Gutes komfortables Bett.
Nichts zu bemängeln-man muss nur dran denken Bettwäsche und Tüscher mitzubringen
