About this house rental
Have you been looking for a clean, wonderfully preserved cottage that harkens back to your grandparents lake house? If so, we welcome you to our home. On arrival, you will be greeted by a breathtaking waterfront. Take a walk out to your half of the point and you will be amazed at your private lakefront. Sit out on the dock, patio or screen porch in the evening, watch fireworks, star-gaze and create family memories. The breeze from the lake or a dip in the crystal clear water keeps you cool!
Just so you know:
- The Town of Meredith is one of the top lake destinations offering great restaurants, taverns, shoppes, winery, yoga, spas and docking facilities.
- You are an hour or less from the White Mountains with hiking, fishing, the Cog Railway, historic Mount Washington and more.
- All around the lake you can find great activities including Castle In The Clouds, The Loon Center, Squam Lake Science Center, Mount Major the Town of Wolfeboro, Funspot, craft breweries and much, much more!
You can access almost all areas of the home as shown in the pictures.
We are available and local.

-New 2024 stainless steel stove!
- Newly dug well for 2023!
- The third bedroom is an open loft with four single beds.
- You will need to provide your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. We will provide pillows and extra blankets.
- BBQ Grill and propane provided
- We allow ONE well behaved dog.Be respectful of your neighbors who are enjoying their summer just like you! The neighborhood is a peaceful, friendly place and we ask that you respect everyone's privacy. We will require a $500 security deposit with payment and refundable week after checkout.

My family and I had a wonderful week at this cottage. It exceeded our expectations. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The porch is where we spent most of the time if we were inside. There is a sitting area and an eating area. The view was awesome. The property was great between the dock, patio, the point and the lake. Plenty of seating area to enjoy the view. We fished, swam, snorkeled, kayaked and used the paddle board. The town of Meredith was very cute. Definitely a plus to have places to shop and eat close by. The homeowner couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We will be returning to this Meredith cottage!
