About this house rental
Welcome to Dock Holiday! Come and enjoy our little slice of lake life paradise!
As you drive down the driveway you will be amazed by the view, which only gets better. The driveway offers plenty of parking. Walk down the granite steps to the front door of the home. Entering the home, your eyes will beam with delight from the door, with the openness and views. The large kitchen will make any cook smile from ear to ear. The open concept in the Kitchen, Dining and Living room is perfect for entertaining. Off the Main living quarters, you will find two bedrooms, both have ensuite bathrooms and King beds.
Downstairs you will enter another living room area, with two slider doors onto the patio, backyard area. There is a bedroom with two twin beds and a bunk bed. Then another bedroom with a queen size bed and slider onto the back patio area. There is a small workspace downstairs if you need to work during your stay, as well as another bathroom.
Outside you have access to the dock, to park your boat on Lake Winnipesaukee. A sandy bottom to walk right into the water. Float or swim which ever you choose this home is perfect for relaxing by the lake. There is a grill for you to use as well as an Outdoor Fireplace!
This home is just minutes away from Downtown Meredith. Where you will find restaurants, shops, cafes, parks and more.

Our extended family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 grandchildren ages 6, 12, and 14) had a wonderful one-week vacation at Dock Holiday during late June/early July. The pictures well capture what the house looks like, both inside and out. The house itself is beautiful, very clean, and well kept. It has stunning views of the lake from most rooms and provided plenty of space for both privacy and togetherness for our family. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped not only with high end appliances, but also with extra gadgets (such as an electric mixer and Cuisinart blender) making it easy to cook just about anything. Outside the house there is a nice table and chairs for eating, and many Adirondack chairs that could easily be moved around to different spots (from the stone patio, to yard, to dock) for lounging and enjoying the beautiful views of the lake. We rented paddle boards and a canoe and had a great time swimming, paddling around and jumping off the dock and paddle boards.
