With Southern exposure you will be awakened by delightful sunrises, enjoy breathtaking views, and long summer days with unforgettable sunsets. Ease of access to the Stonedam Island Nature Preserve, via your kayaks and or canoe allowing for exploration and reel freshwater fishing.
The home is set on a private lot at the water's edge with screened porch and deck. There are five separate sleeping areas total, two on the main floor and a den with a sleeper sofa. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor. This home can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Enjoy preparing meals with your group or relax with friends and family after a hot summer day in the open concept living area overlooking the lake.
*PLEASE NOTE: Guests will have use of one side of the dock that will accommodate up to 26-foot boat. Owners will have use of the other side of the dock and the separate parking lot in the back during the summer. Guests will have use of the paved area of the driveway. *

This is our second year here. There were zero problems with the house. The location on the lake is perfect. A perfect bay close to most things. The screened in porch is the best spot. They have a Keureg.

Each morning we enjoyed the screen porch while sipping coffee and taking in the view. It is nice and quiet in the back of the cove and we loved hearing the loons on the water. The house is perfect for a family looking to relax on the lake. The front beach area is perfect for taking a dip and the location was protected from the busy boat traffic that you see on the lake.
