Whether you're engrossed in TV shows, absorbed in card games, or challenging friends to a game of pool, this room offers the ideal backdrop for relaxation and fun. Step outside onto the expansive deck from the family room, offering panoramic views of the lake with northeastern exposure. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of the large U-shaped dock, where you can easily dock a boat up to 25 feet, allowing you to explore the waters at your leisure. The property's prime location grants you easy access to Meredith's renowned restaurants, as well as the bustling dining and entertainment scene of the Weirs, making it the perfect home base for your Meredith getaway.
There is parking for 5 cars. If you have more than one boat please ask in advance to get owner approval at the time of booking. If you have a boat trailer, you will have to find off-site parking while staying at this home. Please also note that the kayaks shown in main photo do not come with the rental.
There are window A/C's in the upstairs bedrooms and in one of three bedrooms on the main level only. The lower level is below-grade and stays cool.
A small dog may be allowed, depending on size and breed, and with a $175 pet fee. Be sure to ask about bringing your dog when talking with our reservation agents.

The family had a wonderful week, this house is in a perfect location on the lake. We rented last year too. The house is starting to really need some work, the slope in the living room was too much for the elderly people. The bathroom knob upstairs is very tricky to open. The people before us left the grill a mess and we spend an hour scraping it. Otherwise it is fantastic, the dock is huge and the kids had a blast fishing and caught some small mouth bass.

This house is located perfect day for us. So close to Meredith. Easy to get anywhere on the lake. The dock and outdoor area iare lovely. The five bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Those are all the good points of the house. On the downside, there isn’t a comfortable chair in the place. We all complain that was sitting on any of the chairs or sofas. There seems to be some kind of major foundation or building issue, and the top two floors slant dramatically down toward the lake. It took two days for our kids to be able to get used to walking through the home. And the fact that there is no key box is more of an inconvenience than we thought it would be. It added 45 minutes to our trip home to have to drive all the way to Center Harbor to return the keys.
