The Guest House features two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and open living spaces designed for relaxing and gathering. A full kitchen and comfortable living areas provide plenty of space to prepare meals, spend time together, and unwind after a day on the water. Large windows, big walk out elveated deck and thoughtful design create a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.
Guests will enjoy access to the beautiful waterfront property, along with one dedicated dock slip, making it easy to bring or rent a boat and explore Lake Winnipesaukee. Additional dock slips may be available for an extra fee depending on availability. Outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting to relax by the water and enjoy the peaceful lake environment.
Located just minutes from Weirs Beach, guests can enjoy the boardwalk, restaurants, arcades, and scenic lake cruises. Nearby attractions also include Gunstock Mountain Resort, hiking trails, scenic drives, and many of the Lakes Region’s best dining and entertainment options.
The Residence House is part of a larger waterfront compound/retreat, offering a unique lakeside setting that combines privacy with a classic Lake Winnipesaukee experience.
Dock slips are removed seasonally due to lake freezing and water levels. Docks are typically installed from May 1 through October 31.
Notes / Terms / Other House Rules
These units are part of a larger waterfront compound/retreat. Parking is assigned, with space for approximately 3–4 vehicles in the designated area, including tandem parking.
If booking more than 11 months in advance, please inquire before instant booking. Approval of rates and availability is required for all bookings 11 months or more in advance.
Peak Season (6/1 – 9/7) requires a one-week minimum stay, with Saturday–Saturday bookings.
This listing includes use of one dock slip. Dock access is shared. Additional dock slips may be available for an additional fee.
Use of the dock is at the sole risk of the renter. All guests must wear life jackets while on the docks or swimming and must sign a waiver.
Exterior cameras are located on the property and record both video and audio.
The number of overnight guests is limited to the amount requested when booked.
Pets are not allowed without approval. Additional cleaning fees apply per pet.
Absolutely no events or parties are permitted on the property.
The primary renter must be 30 years of age or older and must be present during the stay.
Monthly discounts may be available during the off-season.
