Centrally located to incredible hiking trails, Ellacoya state park, small private beach, walk to the Bank of NH Pavillion, access to a day dock and so much more. It comes with a side suite that has its own sitting area with sink, refrigerator, bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor sitting area to read a book or make s'more's at the fire pit. Its a 10 minute ride to the famous Weirs Beach Boulevard to enjoy the restaurants, bars and shopping. You have a full functioning kitchen to eat in every meal with all the amenities of home. If you prefer to eat out you can walk to 3 of the area's best restaurants, The Breeze restaurant, Patrick's Pub, and Sawyers Ice cream or just a 4min drive. Access to a grill winter or summer. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. If skiing is in your wheelhouse, then this is the place to be. Enjoyable stay in Gilford in this 4 bedroom house during the holiday week. The house is a short distance to many points of interest in the area and was comfortable for 4 adults, 1 teen and our adult dog. The property is well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen, in law style apartment and outdoor sitting area.
