This cottage is on a dead end driveway offering privacy and an authentic lake house experience in an eastern exposure camp with ample docking and parking for your party. Nestled in at Coleman Point, your boats are protected from most weather on Winnipesaukee. This all season cottage has 3 bedrooms , 2 baths, a detached and very quaint bunkhouse and a sleeper sofa. The 30 foot porch (with electric awning) faces the lakefront, sun deck and fire pit for your enjoyment. The firm sandy beach and crystal clear water will amaze any newcomer to Winnipesaukee.

This property is right on the water. You can relax on the deck, anywhere in the big yard or even on the raft not far from the dock. The host is very nice and generous. He even helped me with an issue I had during my stay. We feel at home. We even booked extra weeks for next year.

Beautiful location close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Family enjoyed kayaking, boating and fishing as well. The host is a great guy. In fact, when my husband was having issues with his boat he really went above and beyond to help him.

The home was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Owner was right next door which was nice. We had fires each night with the wood supplied. Water trampoline was great for sunbathing.

This is our second year, and we had a wonderful week. The location on the lake is great, and close to all of the fun attractions. The host is very accomodating and helpful. We can't wait until next year.
