Experience the charm of Nantucket Cottage 11A, a unique vacation spot managed directly by the owner and located on the upper floor.
This second-floor cottage has a crisp, fresh, upgraded feel with vibrantly accented décor and tasteful sea life artistic touches. Just a few steps away from the beach, you can enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony off of the living room. The living room is beautifully decorated with a good quality sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, high-end wood style flooring, a teal occasional chair, and very nice distressed look shadow box coffee tables. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers upgraded counters, and full size appliances. The dining table seats six and has a custom-painted shabby chic look. The primary bedroom has a nice queen bed, fabulous blue and white designer bedding, a flat-screen TV, and nicely done shabby chic furnishings. The twin bunk beds are built-in and offer crisp teal bedding, reading lamps, and fun fish accent pillows. There is one bathroom that has been nicely upgraded with a custom shower, upgraded lighting, and custom counters. This unit does not offer a tub, only a walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a centrally located coin-operated laundry room, ensuring you can keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay. Make this wonderful upscale unit across from the beach your home away from home at the beach!

We like appartment 11A enough that we have stayed there 5 times. Each time things seem slightly more run down: e.g. shower faucet hard to adjust, burned out light bulbs, curtains did not open, outdoor grounds needed maintenance. We enjoyed our stay but the price was relatively high with all the added rental fees.

Cute little condo! Close to the beach. Nice community pool. Great communication from hostess. Would definitely stay again.

The good - location and access to this amazing beach are the best things about this property. The whole area is very quaint with beautiful homes all around you. Proximity to the mall is a plus. The bad - cleanliness. The unit needs some upkeep and deep cleaning. For example, the couch is filthy and should be cleaned or replaced. The local cleaning crew did not clean the bathroom floor properly and it was pretty dirty upon check in. There were few cleaning products in the home we could use to clean it up on our own, so we used dish detergent. The kitchen overall but especially the cabinets need a refresh and need to be thoroughly cleaned up. Other issues - the bathroom door does not shut properly, so we had to leave it open. The two beach chairs were broken. So we could not use them. We were not aware we could not setup on the beach with our own stuff unless we paid the beach chair and umbrella rental fees everyday. So this adds 120 to your daily cost (for 4 people).
