Nantucket Cottage 11 B is a Downstairs Cottage that has been tastefully decorated with beachy décor and is managed by the owner.
This adorable first-floor unit has a crisp, fresh, upgraded feel, vibrantly accented décor, and tasteful sea life artistic touches. Just a few steps away from the beach, you can enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony off of the living room. The living room is beautifully decorated with a good quality sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, high-end Pergo style flooring, a teal occasional chair, and lovely distressed-looking shadow box coffee tables. The kitchen is fully equipped, and offers upgraded counters and full-size appliances. The dining table seats six and has a custom-painted shabby chic look. The primary bedroom has a nice queen bed, fabulous blue and white designer bedding, a flat-screen TV, and nicely done shabby chic furnishings. The twin bunk beds are built-in and offer crisp teal bedding, reading lamps, and fun fish accent pillows. There is one bathroom that has been nicely upgraded with a custom shower, upgraded lighting, and custom counters. This unit does not offer a tub, only a walk-in shower. There is also a centrally located, coin-operated laundry room for your convenience.

We arrived on a Wednesday around 11am and the cottage was being cleaned. The owner was able to get us in early at 2pm instead of 4pm which was wonderful after our drive! The cottage had everything we needed and more; pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, dishwashing liquid, extra blankets and pillows in the closet, shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser in the shower, dining area and patio with chairs. It was perfect for our little family. Everyone had a place to sleep and my kids loves the bunkbeds and the ice cream truck that came by!On our last day, the power went out but it stayed cool in the cottage and they fixed it within a few hours. It is a very short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops!
