Whether you’re cooking up a feast or just grilling on the gas BBQ off the back porch, you’ll have everything you need for home-cooked meals. Plus, the stackable washer and dryer right off the kitchen make keeping beach towels fresh a breeze! How about enjoying a cool glass of lemonade while relaxing on one of the covered front or back porches, watching the sunset?

Beachbum’s Bungalow stands out with its thoughtful split floor plan. The master bedroom offers its own private entrance to the covered back patio, as well as an HD flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Unwind after a long day in the spacious master bathroom with a separate tub and shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. On the other side of the house, you’ll find more space for guests. The second bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and HD flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom also includes a Queen bed and access to the back porch, along with its own TV for winding down.

To top it all off, the property is located right across the street from the community pool for easy access. After a refreshing swim, it’s just a short stroll down the street to the stunning Emerald Coast Beaches.
