With a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper in living room, this beautiful condo sleeps 6 guests. Just Beach It also features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 flat screen TV’s, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy walking out to your ground floor patio and relaxing after a day at the beach. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
Grand Caribbean East and West feature terrific heated pools, hot tubs, BBQ grilling areas, outdoor showers and picnic spaces in Crystal Beach, Destin, Florida. Private, deeded beach access is directly across the street -- less than a minute's walk from the vacation rentals in these buildings. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Location was great. 200 steps from the beach! Great patio with table and seating for 4 plus 2 chairs and side table for relaxing. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Extra picnic table with grills just off the patio. The grill deck was getting a bit soft and may need replacing soon. The setup of the condo was perfect for us! The tub/shower drained a bit slow and slightly backed up while showering. We will definitely be back to thus unit.

I like this unit in Grand Caribbean because it’s a corner unit & updated more than a couple others in the complex. Super convenient to pool & beach and good value for the rate. I’d appreciate a little higher quality kitchen towels & more than one for an 8 day stay. Overall, very happy with it! We’ve stayed here twice now.

The pictures doesn’t tell the whole story. Some of the pics are not of the property for one. Yes the beach is close however the condos on the actual beach in front has all the beachline with tables and chairs and a small section for people who rented property that is not on the beachline so access to the beach is pretty minimum. Unless you go to the beach at 5pm when they take them down. The hot tub is still down after a whole year? Why is that the case? Overall it was ok but not what i paid for.
