Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa, cozy seating, and flat-screen TV
The open-concept living and dining areas are bathed in natural light from sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony with uninterrupted Gulf views, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunset cocktails. The dining table seats four, plus four additional seats at the granite-topped kitchen bar. A convenient half bath completes the space.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of baby tents which may not exceed 48” in height. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.
Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment. This includes: smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.
COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE
Beach Service is provided seasonally from March 1st - October 31st, weather permitting, and is only offered during regular business hours until 5pm.
You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

Condo needs some deep cleaning. Finger prints on doors and walls. Maybe some touch up paint. Light under microwave out. Some outlets don’t work.Positives…comfy bed, great location

Great location. Not the cleanest. I spent the first day and a half cleaning. Opened the bedroom window to get some fresh air and the blinds are so old they are brittle and only one side will lift up and the screen is ripped open. Had to go buy cleaner to clean. My second picture is of the dresser with caked on dust/dirt. I cleaned up leftover vomit on bathroom wall. I will stay in the building again just not in 209A.
