Crystal Sands 107A is a beautifully appointed one-bedroom beachfront unit that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. The Master Bedroom has access to the full bath, king size bed, decorative art and furnishings that all work to create a charming Floridian ambiance. A half bath off the hall serves as a convenient powder room. With bunkbeds in the hallway and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, your whole family will have room to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation.
Crystal Sands 107A offers a premium location that is hard to match as well as a large community pool, grilling area, and direct gulf front beach access! This unit comes with 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella from March 1 - October 31st. (Note; you can set up personal chairs behind the vendor set up, meaning between the vendor set up and the condo. But you cannot put up umbrellas or canopies, with the exception of baby tents. You can rent additional beach set ups from vendor for $60/day). This complex is just 1 mile from all the great shopping and dining at the Destin Commons, not to mention Bass Pro Shop and state-of-the-art AMC Destin Commons Theater! Crystal beach is near the heart of Destin where you will find all the fun you need when not at the beach including go-kart tracks, bowling alleys and The Big Kahuna water park, deep sea fishing excursions, and even kids Pirate Cruises! Loved this condo! We usually get a house a few blocks inland but figured we’d try this property right on the beach and we absolutely loved it. The condo was clean, well set up, and in a great location. My wife is recovering from a back injury so being on the ground floor and literally steps from the beach worked out perfect. We had me, my wife and 2 teenagers, we fit very comfortably… you can fit 6 people but two would have to sleep on a pullout couch/bed. The private beach is the only way to go in my opinon… no fighting for spots or crowded small public beach’s. We had room to all spread out, tan, and play volleyball/football. My ONLY complaint is that I wish the beach service company would leave the chairs and umbrellas out a little later… even an hour more would be great (they currently pick everything up at 5pm on the dot). The beach service guys did a great job of keeping our private beach private, a few non residents tried to set up tents & chairs but were quickly asked to leave. Just make sure to read all the rules about what you can and cannot set up on the beach as a resident… the emails from the rental company were very clear on the rules but some renters didn’t seem to read them at all and became very upset when they were told they could not set up personal umbrellas or tents… the beach service guys handled it professionally even while getting yelled at. Just read the rules people!

We had a great trip on the 1st floor with perfect views and the patio furniture was very comfortable. A great place to sit and watch the waves. We also enjoyed the included beach service. One of the most relaxing trips we have taken.

Property as listed. Truly gorgeous view. Beach is beautiful. Unit 107A is clean, comfortable and quiet during our stay. Pretty much has everything you need. Bed is great. Best part is you are a very very short walk down to sand right out your patio door. Would definitely stay again.
