Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect and close to everything. The beach was gorgeous. Everything we needed was at the condo… extra pillows, blankets, a coffee maker plus keurig and even multiple fans. The check in and out instructions were clear and went seamlessly. We didn’t have a single issue the entire week. We especially loved that the beach chairs and umbrellas were included daily and set up for us close to and facing the water. Loved the pool as well… the white fencing made it feel secluded and private. Thanks for making our vacation one to remember! Will definitely be staying at Crystal Sands 312B again!

The condo location to the beach was perfection. Not a crazy walk that makes you want to collapse by the time you get back to your room. Ha. We mostly used the stairs, but the elevator when you were carrying a lot was lovely. The condo was very nice and up to date. They have lots of fans for you to use in rooms. View was stunning!! Beach service was so convenient. The pool wasn’t for us, but was always active with families. & the location was super convenient! We were very happy with our stay and the host.

Great vacation stay on the beach with private beach access. Loved this place. Great location. Excellent communication from host. Easy check in and check out.

Upon check in our room was not cleaned and still a mess from the previous tenants. When speaking with the host, they apologized but didn’t offer any compensation until requested by us. The pillows had no cushion and worn down to the mattress. The furniture is not comfortable and the outside furniture, tables and bench, were loose and falling apart. Would possibly stay in the same condo complex, but not the same condo.
