Localização e instalação confortável!
Comunicação e acesso ao estacionamento foram péssima. Ainda pagamos um valor absurdo de estacionamento. Morador no andar abaixo totalmente mal educado. Nem estávamos fazendo barulho algum e ele apareceu de cueca para reclamar.

A acomodação é perfeita pra casais jovens e sem filhos.
O quarto que fica na parte superior é super perigoso para crianças.
