On the 4th floor of a historic building (elevator available) the apartment enjoys a wonderful view of Santa Croce church. Very well furnished in old and modern style, the apartment consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Nice terrace with panoramic views. Air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi and satellite TV with USB connection available to guests.

ProsThe location of this apartment is very good. It’s an 18 minute walk to the train station. It’s near the Duomo and restaurants and coffee shops very close by. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The balcony outside is very nice. The apartment is on the fourth floor. The elevator did work the whole time we were there. You will have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the elevator not a big deal. The bed is very comfortable.Con’sThe shower is pretty awful. It vacillates from hot to cold every 15 seconds the landlord came to fix it once it worked for one day and then it went back to its regular operation.The unit only has a washer with no dryer so the towels are usually a little on the sandy paper side Jesus wow

We loved this apartment. It has a great location only a couple of blocks from the Duomo. Museums, Central Market all within walking distance.
The balcony was great to sit and have a glass of wine. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable.
