About this house rental
The house can accommodate 4 people. + (2 people on the sofa bed in the living room)
2 pets allowed, others on request. (The property is not fenced and a pasture fence can be provided.)
Solvillan Tom`s Lilla Hus is located in Småland in the Kingdom of Crystal, directly at the edge of the forest about 50m away, which is waiting for you to go for nice walks and hikes with children and dogs or to pick mushrooms.
The 150-hectare Uvasjön is 900 meters away on foot. A rowing or Motor boat that invites to excursions on the large lake or fishing trips.

In Uvasjön you can fish for pike, pikeperch, perch, bream, tench, roach, chewy perch, bald, whitefish, burbot and eel. This makes the Uvasjön a rich and varied fishing lake.
But bathers are also not neglected on the Uvasjön. On the opposite side there is a bathing beach with a jetty and barbecue area, as well as changing rooms and toilets, which also invite you to linger.

Duvet cover, pillow case, towel. Bath towel and tea towel can be booked. Rental fee € 12.00 (please inform if desired)

completely renovated in 2018, shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
Basement, cellar:
Heating: oil central heating and air heat pump (electric)
Washing machine and drying facilities are available in the basement.
An outside room is available for the children in the outbuilding to linger / play in the warmer season
Smoking is not permitted in the house!
The plot with 1,665 sqm offers plenty of space for play and relaxation.
The keys are handed over directly at the house after consultation.
Many lakes and nature reserves can be found in the vicinity. Moose parks and many glassworks. It is 55 km to Kalmar and the sea.
So a stone's throw for Sweden.
Shops: approx. 11 km to Alstermo, Orrefors (small shop), or Nybro 30 km, there is everything you need.
