Poor

Location was oke, very quiet. While the house had many shortcomings, still the linen and towels were very good taken care of. It is just such a contrast. You have to make your bed yourself however. Also, the owner did try to help me in the beginning when there was no water and I couldn't get the washing machine going. The owner sent a lady to help me, she was nice. It is just weird that the service is good, but the house is not. However, everything in the kitchen did work. This was just a weird place to stay. I don't reommend it if you just want to relax. If you don't care, stay here.

The house looked oke at first sight. But soon I noticed the shortcomings: - The corridor from the front door to the bathroom felt very unstable, like the floor would break if walked on. When I looked in the cellar I could see the floor was damaged by water. - There were no curtains when I was there in the livingroom, so the person who sleeps there has no privacy and will be disturbed by the lights. - The door to the garden from the kitchen remains closed, so you have to go to the garden via the front door. - Almost none of the doors close, except for the bedroom and bathroom. - The neighbour who lives upstairs is very noisy, has loud music on. But if you ask him he will stop it. Nice guy, however don't go to his house if he invites you. I thought he was the owner but no, he is just a nosy neighbour. - You can hear the neighbour walk at night when you are in the bedroom at night. The isolation is very crappy it just sounds like he is in the house. Which gives a very unsafe feeling. - I booked for two nights but I wanted to leave after the first night. I explained the situation to the owner via text message and asked for a refund. The owner said I would get a refund at first but when I asked for it via Booking.com, it was rejected by the owner. That was very disappointing to me, I don't like this kind of dishonesty. - I think the house could be great if the house would be renovated, you cannot rent this kind of house out if the foundation isn't good. Booking.com should really inspect what they put on their site.
