The apartment, with the classic structure of local houses with exposed beams, is independent and located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of: double bedroom, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, large living room (with sofa bed), large kitchenette, with fireplace, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven / grill and complete with crockery and pots .
The outdoor area includes a garden with a gazebo and a large masonry barbecue for exclusive use and private covered parking.
The structure has a swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for the exclusive use of the guests and the owners who occupy the rest of the house and who will always be at your disposal also for wine and oil tasting of their production.
Collepetroso is an ancient medieval village, located between Castellina in Chianti and Radda in Chianti, and was one of the last outposts of the legendary war between Guelfi (Siena) and Ghibellini (Florence). There are few homes and the rustic atmosphere and the quiet passage of time characteristic of the Tuscan landscape have been kept intact.
All around you can admire silent and green hills that offer the possibility of walking, cycling or horse riding, admiring vineyards and olive groves following enogastronomic routes.
