Lovely two story apartment near town

A very nice apartment located just a few minutes walk from the town.

Bedroom and bathroom were upstairs and living room kitchen downstairs. It. Was no problem but is not perfect. Everything else was great.

A beautiful spot and worth the visit

The location was perfect, we needed a spot for one evening and secure parking for our car. It was a lovely apartment and we had access to all the facilities in the hotel. They had restaurants and we could have breakfast at the hotel too. Although it was only for one evening we could still enjoy beautiful Castellina in Chianti.

We especially appreciated the excellent air conditioning because the outside temperatures were extremely hot. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and generally of a very high quality. The location is excellent, it is a very short (3-4 minutes) and safe walk to the centre of Castellina. The ladies at reception were warm and friendly and made the check in very straightforward. There is a private car park on site which is 20 metres or so from the front door.

Great time, would stay again

We stayed in the Gardenia apartment. Terrific location to explore the town centre. Also only a short walk to the Coop and laundrette. Onsite parking also convenient

Kitchenette was a little crowded but was adequate and it was well - equipped for what we needed. It would have been nice to have a small coffee table near the lounge for drinks etc

A superb stay in a beautiful small town, ideal as a touring base.

We first visited this area in 2016, but stayed about 4 miles out of town. We wanted to return but to stay within town. The stay this time was exceptional. We stayed for 3 weeks in an apartment located within easy walking distance (5 min) of the hotel and town centre. Great to have access to all of the towns' facilities without needing transport. The view from the apartment was stunning - overlooking an expansive valley. We very much enjoyed watching the setting sun. Cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and support of staff was faultless. Use of hotel swimming pool and Spa was icing on the cake. The apartments and gardens are very well looked after on an ongoing basis. We wanted to cook within the apartment rather more than would be usual and a little strain on the kitchenette facilities ; However, here again support was excellent with loan of a few items of additional (new) cookware. In terms of area, there are so many beautiful places to visit within - say - a 12 mile radius. Would not hesitate to book again. With so many thanks to Monica and all of the team.

We did try the breakfast - which was fairly typical for hotel environments. We did try diner and whilst good quality, did seem rather expensive. Many would find these provisions more than adequate. As noted from above, we are measuring from very much a raised bar.

The view is incredible perfect location and facilities for a little family trip stayed one night but could have stayed longer

Seems a lot of dogs barking especially in the evening at near by farms Little confusion for checking in we headed straight to the apartment but the hotel is 10 min walk away… fine except it was very very very hot so was a little annoying. We arrived early so found parking away from the apartment

Great Air conditioning, very welcoming and friendly staff throughout, wonderful restaurant at the hotel 5 minutes walk away and discount card supplied. Amazing view in a wonderful area. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

wonderful and enchanting stay

way bigger than it seemed online for the gardenia room. it was two stories with a stovetop, dining area and full bathroom. The staff were incredible and very accommodating to me, the view from the building is incredible even though I had a unit without a terrace facing the countryside there was a small patio outside facing the vineyard.

I had to check in at the other property which was confusing. could be more clear on the website that the check-in location and the physical location of where I was staying are 5 minutes away.

If you like a relaxing, quiet place with a view but in a cute town, stay here.

Hotel staff were excellent! This apartment is quiet, clean, and has a stunning view. Parking reserved right out front of the building (a perk in these small Tuscany towns). Excellent bathroom. Bed is a form memory foam. There is a beautiful outdoor lounge pool area overlooking the countryside just a few minute walk away at the main hotel. Cute town. Free wine tasting from the hotel winery store beside the check in area. Would have stay two nights instead of one and commuted around the area more with a pool break mid day. Be sure to drive highway SR-222 in the area for beautiful views and wineries.
