VILLA GRAN LLAG 2

“Location was perfect. The Villa had everything you needed including washing machine, Drying machine and ironing board. It was spotlessly clean. It was within walking distance to the shops and bars. Entrega de llaves sin complicaciones a través de caja fuerte. Communication with the SM Properties team was excellent. They always answered the phone and helped with everything, gave clear and correct information! Parking at the entrance door, on the street. No problems with parking. ¡Superó nuestras expectativas! Excelente estadía!””

Everything was very good!

Location was perfect, we could walk to the absolutely gorgeous beach in 1 minute! Beach and water were a 10/10! When the sun went down on the beach we headed back to the villa and had lovely evening sun by the pool.

Sat tv didn’t work and our request was just ignored. No bedlinen for duvet covers, ( we went in October) and duvets were filthy. I Washed them myself. Pillows were awful. No toilet paper provided only 2 rolls. I think for the amount of money we paid it should be included.

We stayed in that Villa 15 days. It has contemporary design. I loved how architect designed the house and the garden. The colours and choice of the furniture was great. Villa was also very clean. The swimming pool was great. The beach is only 2 minutes walk from the house. Definitely staying in that villa made our holiday very enjoyable and unforgettable. If you are planning to visit Mallorca I Highly recommend that villa.

The pool was lovely but the stairs were broken and extremely dangerous.

When we arrived at 4 the property had not been cleaned so we had to wait for this to be done when we were tired from travelling. A lot of the bedding and towels were dirty with other peoples stains on. One duvet cover in particular had insects in. Also it’s opposite three very noisy dogs which bark every time you come in and also in the night. Doors and gate hard to open Bottom of kitchen cupboard kept falling down. Wires showing in wall of garden I had to pay tourist tax by card as was told the money wasn’t there in the box which it had been for days. Safe in bedroom does work Bit too far to walk to strip or port and impossible to get a taxi for short journeys and takeaways struggle to find.
