This is a wonderful and well equipped villa set in a great location just off the beach with plenty of amenities close to hand. We stayed as a family of 12 for a week and all had a wonderful time.
The host was very friendly and available for any needs, and resolved an issue we had with an electrical outage during a storm in a highly responsive and reactive manner. Our family truly appreciated everything this villa had to offer.
Some areas could have been a little cleaner upon arrival, I rate that an 8/10, everything else was 10/10.
The only other thing would have been to create an area we could cook on the BBQ away from the wind as we were unable to keep it lit to cook on.

Everything. Supermarket just few steps from the gate. Beach on the other side of the fence. The part of the beach usually almost empty (@september). You have everything you need at the place. Very peaceful neighborhood.
You need to prepare yourself for mosquitoes. But even this will not ruine your vacation.
