In a sunny location in central Majorca, the charming vacation home Can grau is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday. Boasting a scenic aerial view, the holiday home consists of a kitchen with a dishwasher, 12 bedrooms as well as 15 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 24 people. The child-friendly house includes Wi-Fi (suitable for internet calls), satellite television, a dvd player, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a baby cot and a highchair.
In your private outdoor area has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Here you will find a pool, a beautifully landscaped garden and terraces (open and covered), a children's pool, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a tennis court.
In approximately 13 minutes by car you will reach supermarkets, restaurants and bars (7 km). A variety of restaurants can also be found just 8 minutes driving from the vacation home (5 km). This is the ideal accommodation if you plan to spend time hiking with the nearest hiking area being just a 21-minute drive away (13.5 km), there are other hiking areas around the vacation home that are approximately a 25 to 30 minute drive away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 33-minute drive away (37km).
Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parking spaces are available on the property. The pool is closed from 1 December - 28 February.

We booked this very large finca fairly last minute as had flights moved from 2020 and didn’t want to have to cancel last minute. The communication before we arrived was excellent with regards to the paperwork needed and any questions we had. Magdalena was very friendly and responded straight away in most cases.
The directions from the airport were fairly easy although it is rural so a little confusing as we got closer.
The farm itself was beautiful, furnished as you would expect, there were 12 rooms available, although there is another apartment which was closed off, but as we were just a group of 11 this was perfect for us! A lot had en-suites and plenty of towels were available. There was plenty of utensils and basics for us to use in the kitchen which was kitted out to a high standard. The location although inland was accessible to the north east resorts within 30 mins.
The pool, terrace and outside area was wonderful, the boys in the group had a football pitch too!
Magdalena was a perfect host , helping us with bookings and any questions we had and letting us check out later on our last day as we had booked another villa for the second week as the finca had not been available when we booked. All in all a relaxing stay in a great finca! Muchos Gracias Magdalena!
