Great house with all the amenities required. The location was perfect being a 20 minute walk to Port d'Alcudia. Very family friendly and relaxed. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Alcudia but not be right downtown.
The pool was small but still very nice.

Modern big house

Beach, store, etc. vicinity
Not a owner problem, by neighbour fixed the front doors to the villa complex and locked us out .
The house has a water storage under the house and when it is filling it sounds like a broken pipe (usually during the night)

A beautiful fully equipped villa less than 4 mins walk from a lovely sandy beach. The villa was very quiet, there was everything needed in the kitchen and there was a great delicatessen and supermarket just around the corner. Highly recommended for a family superior beach holiday.
