Villetta spaziosa su due livelli a 200 metri da un mare bellissimo e spiaggia fruibile

Bagni con rubinetteria da rivedere... abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata da pagare a parte non specificato bene e comunque una volta pagata ci siamo resi conto che al piano superiore era disponibile solo on una stanza.

Die Anlage ist perfekt für Familien, die gerne selbst kochen und zu Hause essen möchten. Der Wintergarten sowie der Garten haben für eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die ruhige Lage in Alcúdia sowie die Strandnähe waren außergewöhnlich gut. In 15 Minuten Laufdistanz befanden sich Geschäfte und Märkte (Eroski) sowie Essensmöglichkeiten, sodass einem nichts gefehlt hat. Der Strand war einer der ruhigeren und gemütlicheren Spots mit genug Platz. Nördlich und südlich waren die Strände deutlich voller. Deshalb war der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe aus meiner Sicht das Beste. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Fajny, dość przestronny dom. Do dyspozycji ogródek, taras, dość dobrze wyposażony. Podobała nam się lokalizacja, blisko morza, ale w zacisznym miejscu.

Nie wiem czy byliśmy pierwszymi gośćmi w sezonie, ale dom był dość mocno zakurzony i przez pierwsze 2 dni utrzymywał się zapach wilgoci. Może to dlatego, że nasz pobyt wypadł na 2 połowę kwietnia. Zalecałabym dokupienie kilku drobiazgów jak np. otwieracz do wina (był na wyposażeniu ale uszkodzony).

Clean apartment, close to the beach.Its in a dead end street, so quite quiet place. The garden is small, but enough for 5-6 people for a couple of days. The wifi works as expected. Furniture is old fashioned, but we expected on this before on our arrival, as we saw it on the pictures.

There were soap horders in the bathrooms, but it was empty. In one of the bathroom the shower head and its cable was stucked, and the water barely trickles from it. There is only one plastic bag for the trash bin, which is definitely not enough for 5-6 people for several days. These could be fixed very cheaply, but they don't get enough attention on it. Also consider that there are 3 rooms upstairs, but only one of them is equiped with airconditioner, and they charge you with 10 euro per night if you want to use it, which is surprising, considering how much money they get for one night accomodation. The opener of the microwave is broken, quite tricky to open it. All in all we could have found a better place nearby for the same amount of money.
