Excellent location, small exclusively looking street. The villa is comfortable. We read earlier comments about bad smell, but it is not true. Loved reading and drinking coffee in the garden. The A/C is in the kitchen and in one bedroom, the other rooms are equipped with ventilators only. Big table on the terrace. Pitty we didnt get coushions for sunbeds. Easy access with key box, as we arrived past midnight. Supermarket 450m away. Responsive administrator-very good communication regarding our needs.

The layout of the villa separates kitchen and the terrace (back of the house) from the salon (front of the house). Missing cushions for sunbeds. The main door would not resist a stronger kick, had impression that it is easy to break windows and door. To be clear we felt secure , but never left valuables inside.

Fast alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, das ist sehr angenehm. Die große Terrasse und nochmals einen zusätzlichen Essplatz bei Außengrill war sehr schön. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Sehr viel Platz und Wohnfläche.

Die sehr alte Küche hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Ebenfalls eine sehr alte Kaffeemaschine, die kaum noch funktioniert hat. Eine der Liegen im Garten war auch kaputt. Es gibt nicht in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Nachbarschaft war zum Teil sehr laut. Entweder der Nachbar hat lautstark Arbeiten an seinem Haus durchgeführt oder an zwei Vormittagen waren Handwerker gegenüber zugange.
