The apartment was very spacious and an excellent location.
The bathroom was amazing.
The apartment advertised that it had a balcony, which was one of the reasons we chose it.
However, the balcony was being used to dry clothes, the clothes drier took up all of the balcony. There also was no furniture on the balcony so it was completely unusable.
Personally, if accommodation is advertised as having a balcony, I would expect to be able to use it.

"Best apartment I stayed in Treviso so far. Located in the heart of the city center, in a quiet and silent street, few minutes walking distance from the train station. It's newly renovated and provided..."
