We enjoyed the apartment even though there were a few things we didn't like.

The location was good short walk to shopping and restaurants. The size of the apartment was perfect for my family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked.

Restaurant below was very noisy, shower leaked, doors were very squeaky

I would recommend staying here, good value for the money.

The location is fantastic, if you want to walk the city. Ease of checking in, excellent instructions were provided to access the apartment. All in all, seamless interaction with the host.

The hinges on the doors are squeaky, please oil them. Out of control for us and probably the host, the neighbors upstairs were noisy. Granted it was a Friday evening and we were only there one night.

Bathroom bit smelly think coming from toilet so had to continuously bleach it. Shower small and have to hold the shower head to shower. Washing machine was broken.

Convenient location but disappointing condition.

Convenient location close to a number of restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and the main train station. Spacious apartment.

The washing machine didn't work. This was rather disappointing as it was one of the key reasons we chose this property. When questioned, the hosts replies were a little abrupt and suggested it had stopped working recently, however, a previous reviewer noted it was not working in September 2022. :-( Mouldy wall in the bathroom has had some attention but some mould remains and the plaster is not repaired. A previous reviewer also noted this early 2023. :-( The kitchen had a random assortment of items for cooking including a sharp knife with its handle missing and multiple non-stick pots/pans in terrible condition. There is a coffee pod machine but no pods.

Good location, value for money.

Excellent location - about 10 minutes walk from the train station though mostly cobblestones so not easy if you have wheeled luggage. It was raining when we arrived so we took a taxi. Good communication before our arrival. Nice looking restaurant about 2 minutes away which unfortunately we did not get to try. Treviso was a great stopover point for our Valdobbiadene prosecco day tour.

The cleaner had called in sick and Paolo warned us that it would be ready an hour later. We said that was ok, we'd collect keys, drop luggage and get lunch. The instructions to get into the garage via keycode were fine but the keys were not in the place they should have been. We came back after lunch and keys were still not there so I messaged once through the app and once via WhatsApp and after several minutes he arrived and found the keys hidden in a bucket in the garage (perhaps the previous occupants left in the wrong place). We had to sit and wait while he cleaned the apartment. There was a dishwasher but no detergent.

Disappointing

The apartment was spacious and in a very good location.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, there was mould on the bathroom wall, underwear left in the wardrobe and dust all around. I booked for separate rooms for 3 separate people but when we arrived the 3rd bedroom was locked. We were told it would be open by 9pm but no one arrived and we had to arrange to get it opened ourselves after midnight after phone calls to staff. We got into the room but it had not been cleaned and the bed had not been changed.

Great apartment for your stay.

The unit was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The location was convenient for seeing the city. The living room/ kitchen area was large and we enjoyed some good fellowship there.

The booking advertisement is accurate. I prefer to meet the host went renting an apartment but it all was good!

Great place to stay and enjoy exploration of the region. Spacious and comfortable.

The host gave detailed instructions, everything worked well. Fast and easy. The apartment is perfectly located, in the heart of city yet quiet enough to enjoy. Well equipped apartment, has everything you need. Perfect transportation connections, bus and train stations are steps away. Parking in the garage is very convenient (extra charge but worth it)

Balcony is very small, no chance to enjoy sitting outside if you are more than two persons. Also a kind request to the host to purchase new cutting knives, there are several that are broken. Another cutting board would also come handy.

tivemos problemas com a cama de casal de um dos quartos que quebrou ao sentar na cama. foi preciso uma ajuda do proprietario que nao me atendeu e tentou enviar uma outra pessoa. os aquecedores nao funcionaram corretamente.
