Good value if you want to experience local Mexician neighborhoods!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood and close to two metro stations. First floor is a restaurant, but not open in late evening. No noise bothering! Host couple are very nice and helpful! If you don’t feel comfortable with Spanish, they can help!

Nothing for the property. But air flights pass through this area, so you can hear the noise. It said they changed routes recently to go through this area. You can not control!

Lovely comfortable room

A lovely little room out the back of the hosts' restaurant in a nice part of town with places to eat and easy to get to attractions if wanted. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't stay for long as had an early start the next day tour but the hosts were exceptionally friendly and kind. The dog was very friendly!

The room was bright and nicely decorated with a space to work and a big closet. The bed was really comfortable and warm. The bathroom had everything you need with hot and cold water. The location is great, close to the metro and with very good to access any point in the city.

I arrived late and had a tight schedule, so I could not get all the instructions and information from the owners. They are super friendly and available on the chat for anything you need, however, I would suggest keeping a small information sheet in the rooms with WiFi password and general instructions and rules of the house in case the guests' schedule is tight and they can not meet the owners to get all the information.

Just a perfect room with in a good area with metro line nearby. It is a really cool building as well.

The WiFi was not the strongest, but the host helped to solve that by moving the router, so it was better then.

A calm local residential experience..

Jannet, Miguel & Juanito were great hosts! They were really helpful since the first night I arrived. Jannet was very social and friendly. Juanito (Their Dog) is cuddly and sweet. The room met my expectations. Their house is only a few blocks away from the "Metrobus" and near few convenience stores, a neighborhood market. It's a residential area that is safe and not so far from La Condesa or Roma for more activities.

No me gustó

No estaba limpia la habitación , tenían ropa tendida en la cama cuando llegue,toda la habitación tenìa , el olor humor de alguien , mismo olor en las sabanas, sabanas sucias. No limpio, tenia el seguro barrido la puerta del cuarto. Pedir la llave al dueño, era como rogarle. Y SU ACTITUD mala, respondiendo "es mi casa" , si te alquilas como casero, debes dar llave, y las puertas deben tener seguro. no hay luz en los pasillos, todo esta oscuro, y la cereza : su música a todo volumen, gritaban afuera del cuarto, no se si peleaban, estaban tomando... Fue como entrar a observar a una pareja pelearse y rogarles por un servicio que pague, y no use, pues me salí, por no poder dormir,.

Que ahí mismo puedes adquirir alimentos y no necesitas salir.

Esa zona es paso de los aviones que van en descenso al aeropuerto de CDMX por lo que durante la noche no pude dormir a gusto, ya que me despertaba continuamente el ruido de las turbinas.

Comodidad, agradable estadia. Soy de sueño pesado asi que sin problema para dormir ahi. Buen precio para ubicación, comodidad. Zona tranquila y segura. Acceso a metro y mini super cercano.

Todo muy bien, cómodo y tranquilo

Muy atenta la propietaria, me sentí segura a pesar de que iba sola, el espacio está bien relacion calidad - precio. Solo me hubiera gustado poder cerrar mi cuarto desde adentro ya que solo se podia cerrar desde afuera, pero todo estuvo muy bien y sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Excelente optimización de espacios

La amabilidad de los anfitriones, la ubicación, la decoración de la habitación, la habitación está adaptada para hacer home office (aunque por mi corta estancia, no pude hacerlo 😳 ), su perro es hermoso y la casa en general es muy linda

Si tienes el sueño ligero, recomiendo llevar tapones porque hay tránsito aéreo constante, no cuenta con estacionamiento (aunque debo aclarar que no le pasó nada a mi auto y la ubicación se percibía tranquila y segura).

Perfecta habitación privada para desconectar unos días

Los anfitriones hicieron que me sintiera como en casa. Muy atentos y serviciales. Además la habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. Ideal para descansar unos días en un barrio tranquilo con muchos servicios alrededor.
