We ended up getting 2 separate individual rooms, which was even better. Facilities are great, everything was very clean, bed was super comfortable 👌🏻 Their staff is very friendly and communication was always good.

Hot water in the shower was pretty much impossible to get, but nobody dies from cold showers.

Lo mejor la ubicación.

El dueño de la casa es una persona muy grosera y muy muy prepotente, las personas que nos atendieron la reserva bien, pero el señor deja mucho que desear su actitud, pésimo!

Mal wifi, poco afua caliente, check in tarde, una cucaracha…

Ubicación.

El agua caliente no funcionaba bien. Pedí ayuda para el wifi a la empresa encargada y me ignoraron completamente, menos mal me encontré al owner de casualidad y me ayudó lo cual le agradecí. Ponía que el check in es a partir de las 3 y no pude entrar hasta las 4 ya que mi habitación aún no estaba lista. Al día siguiente al despertar encontré una cuchara… No lo recomiendo.

Experiencia en Eugenio Suites

La habitación es muy reducida, no tiene ventanas por lo que no entra luz natural, no tiene servicio de guarda equipaje como en los hoteles, no puedes llegar y dejar tus maletas para regresar a hacer el check in más tarde, así como tampoco te las guardan al salir y regreses más tarde lo cual es un inconveniente porque el check out es a las 11, en otros hoteles es igual pero te guardan el equipaje. No hacen limpieza diario de la habitación, a mí sólo el segundo día le dije a la señora que sacará la basura yo me iba a la actividad de negocios que tenía y le dije que le dejaba abierto para que por favor hiciera aseo y no quiso dijo que solo me sacaba la basura, yo tenía prisa y dije bueno que saque la basura y me fuí. Lo único bueno fué la ubicación porque está a media cuadra del Hospital Español que es a dónde tenía yo mi actividad de negocio.. El pasillo de entrada había cucarachas . El agua caliente de la regadera sale intermitente.

la falta de explicación más específica, en cuanto al ingreso con las claves. Llegué después de la media noche y no tenía idea de que se debía ubicar la mano sobre la pantalla para activar el teclado. Tuve que timbrar para que me abrieran
