Just perfect. Location is great. Parking for 2 cars. And the house is fantastic, so comfortable, everything you could possibly want, they've thought of everything. Good comms with the owners. Thank you Tim and Rosita.

Excellent location. Comfy beds. Clean and modern.Providing plum loaf and milk was helpful . Great lighting in back Bedroom vanity table.
No net curtains or blinds covering windows in upstairs bedrooms. No bins in bedrooms. Steep , narrow stairs. Hot water ran out after first shower. Outside garden chairs needed cleaning to be used. No manual for washer/dryer. No stool for vanity unit in second bedroom.

This is a gorgeous house. It had everything we needed for our stay in Lincoln. It’s in a quiet area but is within an easy 10 minute walk to Lincoln Cathedral, the castle, steep hill etc. We had a lovely plum loaf as a welcome gift and milk in the fridge too. The sofa and bed were comfortable and a lovely shower. Easy to communicate with the host.
