Almost 20-30min walk from the train station, with a portion of it uphill. Not advisable for people with many luggages to walk.

Fabulous host, communicates clearly and is attentive. Loved everything about the property infrastructure and functionality. Very spacious and comfortable. Less than 500 meters to walk to a PAM grocery, a bar-tabacchaio (cafe') a pharmacy. Parking available on premise or adjacent street. Great location if you're main travel is in EUR.
1 The master queen bed was not very firm - concave in the middle. 2 Quite a walk to public transportation to reach downtown /historic center: the closest metro/tube station is Laurentina, nearly a mile/ 20 minute walk but you can walk to a bus to get to the metro stop. The good infrastructure of the apartment, neighborhood conveniences outweigh the distance to public transport (which is of course not an issue if you have a car or are focussed on EUR). 3 The plastic flower and fake retro English pictures from China cheapen what is otherwise a well appointed apartment in good taste.
