Clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay near the Fernpass.

Good location to visit the area by trains or busse. Maria is very friendly and warm. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable.

It would be perfect if there was some coffee or oil to start with.

Superb

The apartment was very convenient and clean, with ample private parking space. The location is great for exploring Füssen and Garmisch. The outlay of the apartment was convenient, with two large separate bedrooms, and a large kitchen and living room. Overall great value.

- The washer and dryer are located in the staff room, and are only available when a staff member is present. Because we left early and came back late every day, it was difficult to find a time to use them. - The essentials provided were very bare: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, and no dishwasher tablets. Come prepared. - The church nearby starts ringing at 7AM.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

De gast vrouw was super aardig en had nog de extra's voor ons die we wilden hebben(kleine koffiekopjes en föhn) Het appartement was zeer compleet en smaakvol ingericht. Het lag op een perfecte plek met de bus aan de overkant en de broodjes om de hoek.

Het enige wat een beetje tegenviel was dat de ski ruimte niet echt verwarmd was.

Fünf erlebnisreiche Tage, vorzeitiger Abbruch wegen Schlechtwetter. Aber dafür kann ja niemand.

Solide ausgestattetes Apartment

Zimmer über dem Hofladen, Vorteil: Ab 7 Uhr morgends frische Semmeln, nette Bedienung. Nachteil: Belieferung vor 6 Uhr, nicht laut, aber man wird wach. Mister Monk würde sagen: Das gleicht sich aus :-) Strasse na G-P gesperrt, das bedeutete völlig umplanen. Aber schön ist es überall.

Wohlfühlgarantie

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Maria empfangen. Wir hatten zu zweit die kleinste Wohnung und die war sehr geräumig. Es war alles super sauber, da war ich wirklich begeistert. Alles ganz liebevoll hergerichtet, Top Ausstattung. Mit den Gästekarten bekommt man ringsum Ermäßigungen, Minigolf und Discgolf kann man im angrenzenden Ferienpark sogar 1x täglich kostenfrei nutzen.

Fantastisch. Mooie plaatst vanwaar je snel overal naartoe kunt. Lekker eten en veel kabelbanen. Mooi

Fijn groot appartement. Bij aankomst ff wat onduidelijkheid over de sleutel. Achteraf was alles open en was er bij aankomst een notitie wie welke appartement heeft en dat de sleutels in de deur zaten. Wat ook wel grappig is is dat het politiebureau ook in het appartementencomplex zit.

Misschien dat ik iets gemist had, maar het zou makkelijker zijn geweest als er in de mail stond uitgelegd hoe het geregeld is om in je appartement te komen. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk, toen wij eenmaal aan de achterzijde van het gebouw stonden (wisten niet waar de entree was) was alles duidelijk.

Prima

Appartement was netjes, schoon, had alles wat nodig was (broodrooster, keukendoeken, goede WiFi enz.). Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Skilift op loopafstand (heb ik niet gebruikt). Skiliften Berwang op 10 min rijden. Er rijden ook bussen waar gratis gebruik van gemaakt kan worden (heb ik niet gedaan). Winkeltje direct naast/onder appartement waar broodjes, eieren, melk en sap te halen is.

Voor 6 personen is het te klein (er waren bv maar 4 eetkamerstoelen, 5 kommen en twee personen moeten dan op een slaapbank moeten slapen). De zenders van de tv werkte bij aankomst niet, waarvan mijn kinderen de schuld kregen omdat ze op een verkeerd knopje op de (super simpele) afstandsbediening gedrukt zouden hebben. Dat was onredelijk. Ik kreeg uiteindelijk een andere afstandsbediening waarmee de smart functies van de tv te bedienen waren en er YouTube gekeken kon worden wat voor mij prima was. Het grootste minpunt was dat er geen speelgelegenheid (tuin) buiten is. Mijn appartement grensde direct aan de straat op begane grond waardoor de rolgordijnen dicht moesten blijven om te voorkomen dat iedereen naar binnen keek.

Fijn ruim appartement

Prachtig appartement in een fijn skigebied. Onze kinderen zaten op skiles in Lermoos en dat was slechts 10 min rijden. De bus is gratis. Appartement was ruim, schoon en voldeed aan alle verwachtingen! Heel vriendelijke eigenaren.

Heel fijn goede plek, genoten

Mooi groot, schoon en aardige mensen

Douch kraan bij niet helemaal openzetten geeft enkel warm water door. Hierdoor een van de kinderen erg geschrokken van het heten water wat er over haar heen kwam. En de Kraan keuken blijft druppen een tijdje na gebruik.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Lage. Wohnung gut schallisoliert. Man bekommt von den anderen Personen im Haus nicht viel mit. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Handtücher konnte man selbst bei Bedarf austauschen. Unten im Haus ist der Dorfladen, so dass wir immer frische Brötchen zum Frühstück hatten. Sehr gut zum ausspannen.

wenig Möglichkeiten nachts die Fenster abzudunkeln. Keine Rollläden vorhanden und der Vorhang viel zu hell und durchscheinend.

Accueil par Maria, très sympa et chaleureux. Appartement soigné. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette région. Logement idéalement situé pour les différents visites et randos.

Pas de lave vaisselle dans notre appartement. Lave linge à l'extérieur de l'appartement d'accès compliqué contraitement au descrpif qui mentionnait LL sans précision.

Goed bevallen

Appartement was ruim en van alles voorzien

Er was een bank aanwezig voor drie personen, terwijl het een accommodatie is voor 4 personen. Er miste dus een soort fauteuil. Ook miste we buitenstoelen om voor het appartement in de zon te zitten er stond wel een buitentafel (appartement was op de begane grond) Omschrijving van inventaris klopte niet, zo was er bijvoorbeeld wel een vaatwasser aanwezig en ook is het fijn als aangegeven wordt dat er parkeerplaatsen achter de accommodatie aanwezig zijn.

De ruimte, de gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw. en de nabijheid van skipistes en skigebied Lermoos en Ehrwald

Dat we geen gordijnen in de woonkamer waren, daardoor was het vroeg licht en dat maakte het slapen op de slaapbank minder comfortabel.
