Perfect for large family gatherings, corporate retreats or golfing groups, with three generous king size rooms downstairs and three cozy loft-style rooms upstairs (please note the roof height in these loft rooms is lower than normal stud height) and two bathrooms downstairs and one up. All bedrooms have a Super King which can be split into two King Singles. These will standardly be set up as 2 Super Kings and 2 Singles on each level but this configuration can be changed to suit your group, anything from six Super Kings to one Super King and ten King Singles but you will need to advise us in advance.
Entertain in the stylish covered alfresco dining/barbeque area or relax in the living area, with 75 SMART TV with Soundbar and Netflix, TVNZ, TV3, Youtube, and Plex (Plex offers more than 1500 movies and is up to date with new releases). IMPORTANT NOTE: 19th Par 2's park-like ground have a pond which is up to a couple of feet deep in places. It is not suitable for mobile toddlers and small children should be supervised at all times while outside. Please assess the suitability for your children before booking.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
