* Visit Tane Mahuta in Waipoua Forest (largest kauri in NZ - evening tours with local Maori guides are especially amazing) - less than half-hour drive
* MANEA Footprints of Kupe (world class attraction in Opononi)
* Surfing the sand-dunes (free boogie-board hire with Hokianga Express water taxi)
* Jet-ski, SUP & Kayak hires with Awesome Adventures (their escorted jet-ski safarus of the Hokianga are incredible)
* Sipping a pinot gris on the deck of the century old Heads Hotel 5mins away in Omapere

> The basic NIGHTLY RATE includes up to 10 guests sharing the five Queen/Double bedrooms. [For singles requiring individual beds, we can accommodate this with a one-off $50/Bed surcharge.]
> Ideal set-up for extended families or adults with teens, where having two kitchen-dining-lounges is advantageous. This layout is also ideal for running holistic retreats or corporate weekends with being able to 'work' downstairs and 'socialise' upstairs. Also ideal for a groups of Singles/Couples travelling together.

• Contactless self-check-in using Key Lockboxes.
• 24-Hour minimum gap between all full-house bookings.
• For bookings not reserving the entire house, no areas are shared between Upstairs-only and Downstairs-only bookings.
• All rooms are ventilated before cleaning, and cleaning staff wear disposable gloves.
• We clean to remove dirt, then disinfect to kill germs, with a strong focus on all frequently touched surfaces (eg light switches, door-knobs, remote-controls, sink-taps, dishwasher & washer/dryer controls, lockbox keypads, hairdryer/straightener, hand-rails, kitchen appliances, kitchen condiments, kitchen/bathroom cabinet handles, etc), and vacuum cleaners emptied between guests.
• All bedroom Linen and bathroom Towels are washed at the highest heat seating recommended by their manufacturer.
