Bright, open 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom cottage on a channel off Long Lake. queen size bed in one room, twin over full bunk in the other room. Two Pull out couch in the spacious living room offers additional sleeping space. You will love spending time on the large screened in side porch! Park your boat on the private dock out front, just feet from Long Lake in Coldwater , Mi. Take a short walk or bike ride to the private swimming ponds with 2 water slides and 4 beaches areas. Located in a fun private community with paved roads that are excellent for roller blades, skate boards and bikes. There are 18 miles of connected lake on the south chain of lakes.

This was a nice little spot to stay. Communication with the owner was simple. The only thing that would have made the stay nicer was blackout curtains/blinds in the bedrooms. Especially with kids, there was a lot of light in the bedrooms at bedtime. Otherwise, cute little spot in a beautiful area!

The cottage was very clean. Great view of channel, it's just a short little paddle in a kayak to the lake. Easy access to other lakes through the channels. Just a short walk to the playground with swimming area. The owner was very communicative, very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet getaway on a lake.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is comfortable and roomy. We prefer lakefront properties but we were happy to be on the channel in order to enjoy the lake. We love the Coldwater Chain of Lakes and the variety of activities on the lake such as fishing, water sports, sandbar, beautiful sunsets, etc. etc.
