House was exactly as listed. Thankful for the air conditioning too during some extremely hot days! This is our second stay here with our grandkids and are already planning next years stay! Very clean house and communication with host is excellent. Things to do: rent a boat and explore Coldwater Lake and the chains of lake or stay on site and enjoy the beach, jumping off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. Such great memories are made!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Coldwater, Michigan! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself was beautiful—well-maintained, incredibly comfortable! Sarah was an amazing host, We couldn’t have asked for a better visit! We’d happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!
