Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 full bath home located on Iyopawa Island! Home backs up to the public Iyopawa Island 9 hole golf course. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck with a beautiful view of Coldwater Lake. Fenced in back yard for privacy. Enjoy s'mores by the firepit.

This was a great house that is perfect for friends/family of any size. The island it’s located on is a friendly community and is the perfect getaway to escape from the real world. The restaurant at the marina is fantastic and the local store right before you get on the island has everything you could need if you forgot something. Very convenient all around. The golf course in the middle of the island is super nice to have and the golf cart to cruise around the island is a huge plus as well!

Linda was an excellent host who was easy to connect with. The place worked out great for our family and she had many wonderful amenities to enjoy while staying there.
