La villa est située idéalement, la vue sur le port est très belle. La véranda est très agréable. Nous sommes venus lors d'une semaine caniculaire et l'absence de climatisation s'est fait sentir ! personne n'a pu dormir dans les deux chambres les plus exposées. Mais ce climat est très exceptionnel et le reste du temps, tout doit être très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée mais étonnamment... je crois qu'il y avait quatre ou cinq verres à pied (pour une région productrice de vin, cela surprend), pas de grands couteaux pour faire la cuisine.... bref des petites choses....
L'appartement est spacieux, c'est vraiment agréable de ne pas se marcher dessus !
Banyuls, que je connais bien, est une ville très très agréable.

Trés bien placée, trés jolie vu avec du calme et de l'espace.... Malheureusement " l'equipement " etais minable ie meme un célibataire aurait manqué de la vaiselle ex un verre de vin pour six personnes !!! la bonne blague !!! des ampoules à nus !!! peinture à refaire !!! aspirateur en panne etc... Bref equipement zero !!! En plus Abritel m'a pris 54 euros en plus !!! sans raision !!!
