Federico was super friendly in person and had a lot of great restaurant suggestions. I actually happened to be the only guest at the time, so I had the whole place to myself. The room itself was very beautiful and better than the pictures. The AC worked well at night. Despite being on a busy street, the bedroom faces away and is super quiet. The location is very convenient, especially if you travel by train and want to see the center of town. I was able to do a day trip to Pisa really easily.
There was some sort of construction going on overhead so that got a bit noisy in the morning sometimes.

Owners were very accommodating. Very spacious and made us feel like it was our own in Firenze. Close to the train and bus station.
It was a fair hike up the many stairs (no elevator) with or without heavy luggage. Not for the faint of physicality. As long as we are in good shape, we would do it again.

Federico is an excellent host, he went over and above in assisting us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious, tidy and comfortable. It’s well located, 2 blocks from the train station & and easy walk to food, coffee, bars and the city sights. I’d recommend staying here to my family & friends.

the apartment was spacious and very clean overall, and the host was very helpful.
coffee, cookies and there was a lot of treats on the kitchen.
it is very close to popular destinations also very close to train station.
Federico was very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.
