    Apart from the hot batteries which aren't adjustable and inability to pay with a card, everything else was fine

    My room is not facing the street , it is quiet and big. I booked the big room with kitchen and washing machine, the staff at the beginning only give me the basic room with bathroom only. After I talked to him few minutes and show me my booking , he finally change for me and said it is the problem of the booking system. Anyway it is not my problem. In conclusion, be careful and talked to staff if necessary!

    Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Soft . The location is quite good ( around 1.5 kms from Batumi Boulevard) . The room was clean and had all basic amenities including kitchen stuff . The room was spacious enough and cleaning is done everyday . Booked the rooms through Agoda . Would absolutely recommend this hotel
