16-minute walk to the beach, close to the park, a lot of money changers, shops in the neighbourhood. Very quiet in general, 2 separate beds. the room had a window. hot shower, towels, TV, a desk in the room.
noises in the morning, To use the internet we had to go to the yard or the kitchen.

Really had a wonderful stay here and would 100% recommended. The bed is comfortable, hot shower works perfectly and the owner answered all my questions very fast via Whatsapp. I also had an unpredictable arrival time due to a bus delay in Turkey and the owner was very accomodation. Location is also good with the main attractions being like 10 minutes walking away.
Pillow was a little bit big / fat.
