Excellent base for visiting the Island. Shanklin town and beach are short walking distance.
Facilities are excellent. We had a kettle a fridge and a microwave in our room. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. It was a real home from home. Also the host Ros and her team have been very welcoming and accommodating. We are already planning our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet, cute, and cosy cottage. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner was lovely and stayed in constant contact, making sure we had a great experience.

Ros was so welcoming and always available if we needed anything, a lovely lady. Our appartment was ideally located, very quiet and peaceful but just a short walk from the seafront, restaurants, cafes etc, the appartment had everything we needed, loved the super quick boiling kettle. Our room was lovely, the beds were so comfortable, we all slept like babies and didn't want to get up! I loved the big sash windows, lovely to get a breeze through during the hot weather and loved sitting having my morning coffee on the window seat in the big bay window looking out towards the sea. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when returning to the island.

Lack of pillows. Not enough toilet paper. Shower drain blocked. Too small dustbin. Garden overgrown & unkempt.
