About this cottage rental
The authenticity of old houses, contemporary comfort, the charm of dwellings harmoniously grouped in the silence of nature: Le Plessis invites you to relax after visiting the sites and castles. Ground floor: living room (CD player, sofa and armchairs), kitchen (multi-function oven), hob, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment. 1st bedroom on the ground floor (queen bed), shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (two single beds), 3rd bedroom (two single beds, cot), 4th bedroom (double bed), bathroom/toilet. Electric heating included. Walks on a closed circuit in the wooded park, swing set, table tennis, trampoline. Subject to availability: bicycles available for loan and possibility of renting 2 electric bikes. Free Wi-Fi. All inclusive (except tourist tax): heating, electricity, firewood, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning. Pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owners. Electric car charging point available (no extra charge). If you plan to arrive after 6 pm, please contact the owners to arrange self-check-in. This former 18th-century farmhouse is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, a region rich in renowned historical heritage. Numerous recreational, sporting, and family activities are available nearby. Guests of all ages will enjoy the tranquility of the 2-hectare wooded park, the rich flora and fauna, or simply relax in the shade of one of the large oak trees. During school holidays, younger children will appreciate the large communal playground with swings, bicycles, ping-pong, trampoline, and more, offering the chance to make new holiday friends, while parents can enjoy moments of peace and quiet. Each accommodation has its own private lawn with garden furniture, a barbecue, and private parking, all within a landscaped screen to ensure privacy.
